Currently we are looking for a Solution Sales Architect!

 

About the role:

As a Senior Solution Sales Architect, you will be responsible for designing tailor-made telecommunications, connectivity, infrastructure, and technology solutions that address complex customer requirements and create measurable business value.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and as the technical-commercial bridge between Sales, Product Management, Network, IT, Delivery, and other internal stakeholders. From customer discovery through solution design, proposal development, commercial support, and handover, you will play a key role throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead customer discovery discussions and translate business and technical requirements into solution concepts
  • Design end-to-end telecommunications, connectivity, infrastructure, and technology solutions aligned with customer needs and delivery capabilities
  • Support Sales in opportunity qualification, value proposition development, customer presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare and present solution architectures, technical proposals, assumptions, limitations, and differentiators
  • Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, including solution costing, sizing, pricing input, and proof-of-concept definition
  • Validate proposed solutions, identify dependencies and risks, and ensure structured handover to delivery teams
  • Provide technical and commercial advisory support to Sales and Product Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and internal experts

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
      8–10 years of experience in telecommunications, ICT, network infrastructure, solution architecture, presales engineering, or technology consulting
    • Experience supporting complex B2B sales opportunities, customer workshops, and solution proposal development
    • Experience in technical-commercial negotiations and consultative sales environments
  • Professional Expertise & Skills
    • Strong understanding of telecom and enterprise connectivity technologies, including mobile and fixed networks, 4G/5G, IP networking, transmission, cloud connectivity, data center services, security, and managed services
    • Ability to design customer-specific solutions balancing customer requirements, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives
    • Strong commercial understanding, including pricing principles, cost drivers, margins, risks, and business case development
    • Ability to translate business requirements into structured and deliverable solution designs
