Currently we are looking for a

 

Tax Expert

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Documentation and development of processes
  • Preparation, update and communication of related internal policies
  • Preparation, review and filing of tax returns (Personal Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax and other taxes)
  • Preparation and booking of tax calculations related to month-end closing
  • Booking of monthly wages and related taxes
  • Review of incoming rental invoices from taxation and accounting point of view
  • Taxation tasks of condominiums and private person landlords
  • Monthly subledger to general ledger reconciliation of tax accounts
  • Monitoring and development of the main indicator describing the efficiency of the tax process
  • Exploring the possibilities in taxation (including all tax types), preparation interpretation, proposal of possibilities and execution
  • Communication, information provision with tax authorities, preparation and sending of requested reports to tax authorities, support of tax audits
  • Supporting teamwork, facilitating the efficient flow of internal information
  • Support of business processes, projects, initiatives

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

 

  •  Degree in finance and accounting
  • Experience in taxation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax and local accounting regulations
  • Experience in use of ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE)
  • MS Office knowledge
