The impact you’ll make:
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, development teams, and external agencies to ensure our digital touchpoints are measurable, optimized, and continuously improving. You’ll be the go-to person for Google Tag Manager and Analytics architecture, enabling data-driven decision-making and campaign success.
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement scalable tagging strategies for websites and mobile apps using GTM
- Own and manage the GA4 & GTM setup, ensuring accurate tracking across platforms and devices
- Monitor and maintain tag health—identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues
- Collaborate with developers to create custom tracking events using JavaScript
- Deliver actionable insights through standardized and ad hoc reports to digital and business stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to align analytics strategy with campaign goals
- Continually improve data accuracy, structure, and scalability
- Contribute to optimization efforts by identifying trends and growth opportunities from data
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM – You’ve worked directly in GA360/GA4 and GTM and know your way around custom events, tags, and triggers.
- Analytical mindset – You’re comfortable working with large datasets and uncovering patterns, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Detail-oriented – You spot inconsistencies in data and love fine-tuning processes until everything aligns perfectly.
- Strong communicator – You can translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights, in both written and verbal English.
- Team player with a proactive approach – You thrive in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and always look for ways to improve processes.
- Organized and solution-focused – You manage your time well, plan ahead, and love solving challenges with structure and creativity.
- Flexible and adaptable – You’re open to change, can shift priorities, and respond quickly to business needs.
- Excel proficiency – You’re comfortable using formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Certified in GA/GTM (nice to have) – Not required, but a strong bonus if you are officially certified.
