Role Overview:
The Product Capabilities Management team plays a key role in bridging the Commercial and Technology functions within Yettel. As part of the Commercial division, the team is responsible for driving the business analysis and implementation of all initiatives originating from Commercial area, including promotions, tariff plans and new services launches. This role ensures seamless collaboration between stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and participate in projects related to the introduction of new or the optimization of existing business processes, critical systems, products, and services in alignment with the company's approved roadmap.
- Oversee and contribute to the business requirements gathering process for changes related to various products and services.
- Analyze business requirements, interpret them and translate them into detailed Change Requests (CRs) or Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the Technology team to facilitate technical analysis and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal & Regulatory, Data Privacy and Finance, to ensure smooth project execution and timely roadmap delivery.
- Actively participate in business transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Capabilities Management Specialists, supporting new hires and trainees within the team.
- Maintain and update internal documentation related to projects and products to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor the progress of assigned tasks, regularly updating the line manager on key milestones and potential risks.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all accessed business information.
