What we will expect from you:

• Drive AI adoption across the organization by coordinating AI projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs, and tracking and reporting adoption progress.
• Scout, evaluate, and pilot new AI solutions — including agentic AI tools and autonomous workflows — and demonstrate their practical, high-impact applications to business units.
• Contribute to building a company-wide AI culture where experimentation with AI is encouraged, shared, and celebrated.

For a good start you will need:

• University or Master degree — or final year of university.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
• An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
