AI Acceleration Internship - Business and Strategy Support

What we will expect from you:

• Explore how AI, RPA, and automation can make a difference in day-to-day Business Sales Support processes and activities.
• Discover and identify opportunities for improvement by looking at how AI and RPA can support customer-related processes, such as data entry, request processing, ticket creation, and communication.
• Practical experience with RPA and AI solutions by exploring and testing how they can be applied to rule-based activities and enhance existing processes.
• Work with real business data from different systems and sources, using AI and automation tools to bring information together, improve data quality, and improve Business Sales Support activities.
• Explore how data and KPIs can be used to drive improvements, supporting reporting and process analysis with the help of AI and automation tools.
• Work together Business Sales colleagues to understand real business challenges, explore new ideas, and gain practical experience in applying AI, RPA, and automation to real-life business processes.

For a good start you will need:

• University or Master degree — or final year of university.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
• An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
