AI Acceleration Internship - Channel Strategy and Frontline Experience

What we will expect from you:

• Support Frontline Training and Customer Experience (CEX) teams by exploring how AI can improve training, knowledge access, and the customer experience.
• Work with colleagues from Frontline Training and CEX to understand their needs and help identify relevant AI use cases.
• Assist in exploring and testing AI tools and solutions that can support frontline employees and improve their everyday work.
• Work with business, CEX, Data Science, and technical teams to support the development and improvement of AI solutions.
• Support the analysis of data, frontline feedback, and customer insights to understand the potential value and impact of AI solutions.
  
  

For a good start you will need:

• University or Master degree — or final year of university.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
• An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
