AI Acceleration Internship - Communications

What we will expect from you:

Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to improve internal and external communications
Develop AI-powered tools for creating, adapting and proofreading communication content across different formats and channels
Build AI solutions for media monitoring, including sentiment, trends, engagement and reputational risk analysis
Develop AI-powered tools to assess content against Yettel’s tone of voice and communication guidelines
Explore AI solutions for early identification of potential communication and reputational risks and support crisis response
Test and implement AI solutions that automate and improve everyday communication processes

For a good start you will need:

University or Master degree — or final year of university.
Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
