AI Acceleration Internship - HR

What we will expect from you:

• Support the planning and scheduling of employee training sessions, using AI tools to help coordinate participants, track attendance and completion, and follow up on training activities.
• Help communicate learning and development opportunities to employees, exploring how AI can make communication more targeted, timely, and engaging.
• Use AI tools to support the organization and tracking of training activities and identify opportunities to make the overall process more efficient.
• Support different stages of the recruitment and selection process, using AI tools to help organize candidate information, support candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Explore how AI can help analyze candidate information and simplify different steps of the recruitment process while supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Use AI tools for HR reporting and data analysis, and contribute to identifying new ways to improve everyday HR activities and decision-making. 

For a good start you will need:

• University or Master degree — or final year of university.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
• An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
