AI Acceleration Internship - Project Management

What we will expect from you:

• Support project teams in using AI tools to improve project planning, tracking, and day-to-day coordination.
• Explore how AI can help track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Use AI tools to support project documentation, meeting summaries, action tracking, and status updates.
• Work with business and technical teams to identify opportunities to use AI in project management processes.
• Support project reporting by using AI to structure information, analyse project data, and prepare relevant insights for stakeholders.
• Explore new AI tools and ways to make project processes more efficient, structured, and data-driven.

For a good start you will need:

• University or Master degree — or final year of university.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
• An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.

• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) — experience is not required, but familiarity with the basic concepts is an advantage.

  Interest in rapid prototyping and developing simple web applications (tracking tools, project management tools, etc.)
