AI Manager for Customer Channels

Responsibilities:

The AI Manager role is about turning ideas of a digital future into real customer experiences. We’re looking for someone who sees the power of AI not just in automation, but in transforming how people interact with us. Lead AI initiatives (chatbots, voicebots, AI assistants, automation), from concept to measurable impact
Identify and shape practical AI use cases that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Own and evolve the AI roadmap in line with business goals and digital strategy
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, complexity, and ROI
Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, data, digital, operations) and external partners to deliver AI solutions
Track performance of AI solutions and continuously optimize their impact
Communicate insights, results, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
Drive initiatives that increase digital adoption and reduce reliance on live support channels
Lead and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Requirements:

Minimum higher education degree (college level), preferably a university degree
Degree in Organizational Sciences, IT, or a related field
Experience in digital transformation and working with AI tools (chat, chatbots, voicebots, digital applications, etc.) is a plus
Fluent English proficiency and strong presentation skills
Experience in project management and leading projects
