B2B ICT Services Specialist

Yettel is looking for a B2B ICT Services Specialist responsible for the end-to-end product management and business development of Yettel’s B2B ICT portfolio – including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Business Applications, and IoT.

In this position, you will manage dedicated product lines throughout their lifecycle, driving the development, implementation, and go-to-market of new ICT services, while continuously improving and optimizing existing propositions. You will collect market and customer insights, define value propositions, and prioritize projects, roadmaps, and initiatives in line with business customers’ digital transformation needs and market dynamics - ensuring clear commercial value, timely delivery, and strong customer outcomes.

 

What we will expect from you:

  • Drive new product and service development from idea to launch, working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams.
  • Manage and improve existing B2B ICT products and services, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Business Applications, and IoT.
  • Define sales channel strategy and mix for each product; support sales engineers in preparing custom technical solutions and project-based offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation for sales and support teams.
  • Design and deliver pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate key product hypotheses.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are central to all product decisions.
  • Define product USPs and enhance product knowledge across sales teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of the team strategy to achieve overall B2B ICT objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual and long-term strategic revenue plans for B2B ICT products and services.
  • Actively participate in defining sales goals and incentive models for B2B customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.

 

 

For a good start, you will need:

  • University degree, preferably in economics, IT, or telecommunications.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or business development, preferably within ICT.
  • Proven experience in developing and launching ICT products and services and using agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer experience orientation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
