B2B Marketing Expert

The B2B Segment Marketing team is responsible for the strategic and operational management of products and services targeting business customers.
We oversee the entire lifecycle — from initial concept development and market introduction to performance optimization and ongoing support.
Candidates with a strong business orientation, analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex corporate environments are encouraged to apply and explore potential mutual fit.
What we will expect from you:
- Lead strategic segmentation of the market and customer base to secure a competitive position and maximize business potential
- Manage long-term business projections (P&L) and performance evaluation of services, campaigns, and segment initiatives to support strategic decisions
- Perform analysis and report key B2B marketing KPIs, including sales, churn, revenue, profit, and overall segment performance
- Support the development of B2B strategies and tools through proposals, evaluations, and strategic alignment
- Manage stakeholder communication through structured reporting, strategic analysis, and decision support for senior leadership
- Lead go-to-market activities for new mobile and fixed B2B solutions, covering initiation, planning, launch, and strategic project oversight
- Analyse market dynamics and trends that may directly or indirectly influence business customer behaviour, service demand, and strategic positioning
- Coordinate external and internal communication activities, ensuring campaign content (ATL/BTL) aligns with segment strategy and remains consistent across all channels
- Continuously improve internal processes, procedures, and tools specific to the B2B segment
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional and matrix relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with frontline teams
For the good start, you will need:
- University degree, Master preferred, in economics, marketing or electrical/telco/IT engineering
- At least three years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Finance, preferably in Telecommunication industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles and analysis, including P&L forecasting, budgeting, and profitability evaluation
- Project management experience, ideally combined with product or service development, positioning, and go-to-market execution
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability in daily work
- Skilled in communication and presentation, including experience presenting to senior management
- Proficient in English and Serbian language (verbal & written)
