B2C Telesales Representative

As a B2C Telesales Representative, your confidence, charm, and ability to connect with customers will be the key to success. With our comprehensive training, you’ll quickly become an expert in presenting the value of our products and services to customers.
Once you complete the training we provide, your responsibilities will include:
- Calling existing customers, identifying and recognizing their needs, with the goal of renewing contracts and selling additional services.
- Taking care of customers by informing them about offers, benefits, and current promotions.
- Efficiently managing customer requests, both written and verbal.
- Ensuring a high level of customer experience.
For a good start, it’s necessary/desired to have:
- At least a high school diploma.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the English language and computer skills (MS Office).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
