Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels — digital, social, TV, OOH, and in-product.
- Monitor brand health and audience perception through research and data.
- Differentiate VOYO's brand positioning from competing streaming services in the local market.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for platform launches, content premieres, and subscriber acquisition moments.
- Brief and manage creative agencies on campaign development including TV spots, digital assets, and OOH materials.
- Brief and manage media agencies on media planning, spot booking, and digital campaign distribution to ensure optimal reach and spend efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Social Media manager on social-specific and digital-first content.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and delivery across all touchpoints.
3. Events & Activations
- Own the planning and execution of brand event
- Brief and manage event agencies, oversee logistics, guest management, and on-site brand execution.
- Ensure events are leveraged for maximum PR, social, and audience-building impact in coordination with the Social Media Manager
4. Ambassador & Partnership Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage brand ambassadors
- Develop partnership activations with relevant brands, media partners, and events.
- Oversee influencer collaborations in coordination with the Social Media Manager.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Track brand campaign performance including reach, awareness metrics, and contribution to subscriber acquisition.
- Monitor D2C acquisition funnel performance and work with the Marketing Director to optimise spend allocation.
- Report on brand KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Market Intelligence & Digital Innovation
- Continuously monitor competitor activity, emerging market trends, and new practices in digital and content marketing within the OTT and broader entertainment space.
- Proactively identify and propose new marketing approaches
- Test and evaluate new marketing formats and tools, feeding learnings back into the broader marketing strategy.
- Act as the team's antenna for what is working in digital marketing globally and locally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or media/entertainment industry
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, TV, social, and OOH channels
- Strong understanding of branding, audience positioning, and content marketing
- Experience working with creative, media, PR, and event agencies
- Strong project management and budget management skills
- Experience with partnerships, influencers, ambassadors, and event activations
- Analytical mindset with ability to track campaign and acquisition performance
- Understanding of OTT, streaming, entertainment, and digital trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and preferred Serbian (written and spoken)
- Creative, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
