Broadband Services Engineer

This role is responsible for the planning, testing and maintenance of broadband services, customer equipment (CPEs) and related platforms.

What we will expect from you:

• Perform CPE testing to ensure the proper functioning of end-user equipment
• Perform configuration of remote management platforms (ACS) in order to establish and maintain fixed broadband service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service-related issues and implement improvements
• Support process of fixed broadband services implementation
• Support process of customer complaints solving
• Close cooperation with line organization related to fixed and multimedia systems and services, new business initiatives and products

For a good start you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in field of technology, preferably telecommunications
• Work experience in telecommunications will be considered as advantage
• Experience with ACS systems and CPEs will be considered as advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• English language knowledge
