Consumer Segment Digital Specialist

What we will expect from you:

  • Active role in annual and long-term Strategy planning and execution through strategic, tactical and operational development of consumer portfolio, services and offerings.
  • Manage the full digital product lifecycle – from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze digital product performance using defined KPIs, ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities within the Go-to-Market (G2M) framework.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Support marketing and communication initiatives for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor industry trends in the digital telecommunications space.
  • Partner with product owners and IT teams to develop new functionalities and improve the customer journey.
  • Research competition and market movements to anticipate customer needs and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to shaping an outstanding digital customer experience across all digital touchpoints (apps, web, self-care).

 

For a good start, you wil need:

  • University degree in economics, marketing or electrical/telco/IT engineering.
  • At least two years of experience preferably in telco (mobile), IT, FinTech, insurance or banking industry or you have other interesting experiences combined with a strong motivation to become an entrepreneur in corporate environment.
  • Project management experience and ideally your previous project management experience is combined with product / services development, product positioning and strategic roles with full marketing mix, G2M and P&L responsibilities.
  • Experience with cost-benefit analysis and in analyzing and structuring large datasets, with purpose of finding, explaining and presenting valuable analysis insights to operational and higher management levels.
  • You are skilled with Power Point and Excel and proficient in English and Serbian language (verbal & written).
