Customer Care Performance Manager

What we will expect from you:

  • Oversee all aspects of customer care performance
  • Comprise set of reports, dashboards, and other tools to help better understand performance achievement
  • Create framework for performance data analysis, design, and review performance policies
  • Define performance standards and metrics, propose appropriate KPIs to track or modify existing ones
  • Report and present on action and improvement plans, follow up on timeliness progress, fulfillment, and results
  • Responsible for monthly target setting process, including preparation, target agreement and delivery
  • In charge of quality framework and assurance, and all aspects of workforce management process and activities within Customer Care. 


For a good start, you will need:

  • Minimum Higher education, preferable University degree: Organizational Sciences, Economy, Mathematics or similar
  • High problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Relevant experience with similar positions
  • Fluency in English and strong presentation
