Customer Engagement Expert

We are looking for a motivated, talented and committed Customer engagement expert to join our CRM marketing team within Commercial division.

Customer Relationship Management in Yettel is about engaging customers to create value for the business. We focus on data and insights to deliver personalized experiences to our customers. We craft and deliver campaigns and communications that drive customer engagement with us.

We work with large amounts of data to better understand customer needs and create tailor-made offers, attractive to our users.

 

What we will expect from you: 

  • Responsibility for maintaining and growing revenue from existing and new Telco services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing engagement across every customer in the Yettel database
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes through product use and enjoy the best possible experience in every interaction with Yettel
  • Develop analytical, reporting, and post-campaign analysis frameworks across the customer lifecycle
  • Plan and develop personalized below-the-line targeted campaign offers based on testing results and customer insights
  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational KPIs
  • Develop strategic initiatives and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation
  • Ensure end-to-end smooth implementation of BTL campaigns, initiatives, and direct communications

For a good start you will need:

  • University degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, or similar
  • 5+ years of work experience within CRM, Segment, Pricing, Analytics, or similar function
  • An analytical mindset, with problem solving attitude and critical thinking
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data manipulation and processing large volumes of data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Strong business insight and experience in marketing strategy and delivering loyalty propositions
  • Proficient in excel with strong presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
