What will we expect from you:

• Creating and executing digitalization (prepaid and consumer postpaid) mobile products/services with full go-to-market responsibility.
• Full marketing mix responsibility.
• Monitoring and managing digital campaigns and products/services positioning, while ensuring superior end-user CEX.
• Active role in Digital strategy planning and execution through strategic, tactical, and operational development of digital products, services, and offerings.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support fast and reliable decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• Embracing change by stepping out of the comfort zone with forward-thinking proposals, challenging the status quo, and building on past experiences to drive improvement.
• Cooperation with all company departments while ensuring clear and transparent communication between all stakeholders and support teams.
   

For a good start, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, telecommunications, economics, or organizational sciences.
• At least three years of experience in telco (mobile), IT, FinTech, insurance, or banking industry or you have other interesting experiences combined with a strong motivation to become an entrepreneur in a corporate environment.
• You have project management experience and ideally your previous project management experience is combined with digital / product/services development, product positioning, and strategic roles with the full marketing mix, G2M, and P&L responsibilities.
• You are skilled with PowerPoint and Excel and proficient in English and Serbian language (verbal & written) with strong presentation and communication skills.
• You have a can-do approach and a winning spirit that you know how to combine with your strong stakeholder management skills.
• You are flexible and open to new experiences, for constant change and you equally value and pay attention to details, essence, and form.
• Experience in business and/or digital transformation.
