Direct Retail Specialist
What we will expect from you:
- Coordination of daily activities
- Communication within direct retail teams, internal and external partners
- Organizing and scheduling interviews, meetings, and workshops through calendar management, as well as communicating with candidates and conducting exit interviews.
- Monitoring and timely sharing of important news and information from the company portal relevant to Direct Retail
- Providing administrative support to direct retail sales channels, preparing reports and coordinating sales training.
- Maintaining documentation necessary for the smooth operation of direct sales locations.
- Monthly collection and submission of data required for payroll processing for employees in Retail sector.
- Collaboration with internal departments regarding contracts, annexes and position changes within Direct Retail.
- Distribution of calling lists by channel, region, and sales locations, down to the individual salesperson level.
- Creating and maintaining the employee database
For a good start you will need:
- Preferable experience in direct sales or in coordinating sales and administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
