Fixed Services & Fixed-Mobile Convergence Segment Manager

Yettel is looking for a Fixed Services & Fixed-Mobile Convergence Segment Manager who will be responsible for consumer fixed and convergent customer base, segment product portfolio and its end-to-end P&L. In this role you will supprot company business goals by creating and executing holistic strategies for growing consumer fixed and convergent customer base in size and value.

The person taking this position, will invent innovative ways to improve customer experience and value throughout the customer lifecycle: from acquisition, through upsell and renewal to retention.

What we will expect from you:

• Following up on strategy through planning and implementation of annual and quarterly fixed and convergent segment product roadmaps
• End-to-end responsibility for products go-to-market, from initiation trough analysis and implementation to launch and performance management
• Forecasting all fixed and convergent segment KPIs
• Close monitoring of all developments within the fixed and convergent customer base and overall market, sharing it within stakeholders’ network and reporting to the management
• Developing and managing CLM multichannel plan, supporting channels with effective sales and care tools and proposing sales goals and target
• Leading and upskilling team members while ensuring high performance

For a good start, you will need:

• University degree in economics, IT, or telecommunications (FON, EKOF, ETF, PMF)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or customer segment               management experience
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services and technologies with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
• Proven skills in developing new products and services
• Experience in P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
