Fixed services and FMC Segment Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

What we will expect from you:

• Contribute to the tactical and operational development of the segment’s portfolio and offerings.
• Monitor ongoing activities, projects, campaigns, and promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support periodic forecasting of customer base, traffic, revenue, and costs, and track portfolio performance against targets.
• Analyze segment performance through standardized and ad hoc reporting, identifying opportunities to improve sales and revenue results.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives, increasing sales, and supporting customer retention.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and experience in the mobile or IT industry, particularly in project management and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive market, with a strong focus on business results and developing competitive advantage.
• Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards and KPIs.
