Head of Strategic Transformation
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Head of Strategic Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives. Reporting to executive leadership, you will own the company’s transformation agenda—driving cultural, technological, and operational evolution through high-impact programs and process excellence.
In this high-visibility role, you will turn strategic goals into measurable outcomes by leading large-scale change, managing the strategic project portfolio, and embedding continuous improvement across the organization. Your leadership will synchronize people, projects, and processes to accelerate transformation and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major transformation programs (e.g., org redesigns, tech rollouts, operating model shifts).
- Drive adoption through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Redesign and optimize workflows to enhance scalability, efficiency, and impact.
- Define and monitor transformation KPIs and ROI; regularly report outcomes to executive leadership and the board.
- Oversee the company’s portfolio of top-priority, cross-functional strategic projects.
- Establish strong governance frameworks: project charters, stage gates, risk/escalation protocols.
- Ensure delivery excellence by tracking scope, timeline, resources, and resolving roadblocks.
- Align project outcomes with company strategy and embed lessons learned into future initiatives.
- Map and continuously optimize end-to-end business processes to reduce inefficiencies and drive productivity.
- Standardize documentation, ownership, and change control across critical workflows.
- Implement measurement systems and feedback loops for data-driven decision-making and scalable improvements.
What we are looking for:
- University degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, operational excellence, or post-merger integration leadership.
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional change programs and managing enterprise governance frameworks.
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR), Lean/Six Sigma, and project portfolio management (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Strong financial acumen, with experience building and validating business cases and tracking ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — from cross-functional teams to executive and board-level audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to align senior leaders across functions.
- Fluency in English is required.
