Head of Strategy

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Strategy to lead the development and execution of our long-term business agenda. In this high-impact role, you’ll turn market insights and internal capabilities into clear strategic plans and OKRs that keep the company aligned and future-ready.

 

You’ll drive the strategy process, identify growth opportunities, and translate complexity into actionable direction — ensuring the organization stays ahead in a dynamic market.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization of the strategy process and develop the long-term organizational strategy.
  • Cascade strategy into operations; facilitate and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Own the OKR framework to ensure cross-functional alignment and track company-wide progress.
  • Prepare executive and board-level strategy materials; deliver clear and compelling narratives on progress vs. plan.
  • Institutionalize ongoing competitive analysis and trend monitoring; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain a live view of industry structure, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to embed strategy into roadmaps and budgets.
  • Organize and facilitate executive offsites and decision-making forums; ensure decisions have clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing strategy team; build repeatable toolkits and strategic playbooks.



What we are looking for:

  • University degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy roles (e.g., top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or private equity/VC operations).
  • Proven track record of owning company-level planning processes or similar performance systems.
  • Experience in evaluating and launching new business models or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling and business case development.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities; able to simplify complex topics for executive and board audiences.
  • Demonstrated success aligning cross-functional leaders around a shared vision.
  • Skilled in using strategic management tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
