IT Transformation Manager

Our IT Architecture and Transformation department is looking for a Manager of IT Transformation. This role will lead a team of IT Transformation professionals with aim to oversee and protect IT Transformation projects and roadmaps. Your role would also be to set up a governance process, define KPIs and align with business stakeholders.

 

What we will expect from you:

  • Oversee and protect IT Transformation initiatives and roadmaps
  • Govern IT Transformation relevant decisions
  • Set up a processes around IT Transformation projects and relevant KPIs and/or OKRs
  • Moderate Change Control Board
  • Optimize dependencies between projects
  • Set up IT Transformation OKRs/KPIs
  • Report on the progress of IT Transformation initiatives
  • Protect IT Transformation agenda, scope, projects
  • Manage business stakeholders about transformation goals and progress
  • Lead a team of Transformation Experts
  • Mentorship and development of people

 

For a good start you will need:

 

  • University degree from IT / Telecommunication area
  • Good telco business understanding
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in complex (Enterprise) environments
  • Experience or leadership roles in complex IT or Transformation Projects
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet a deadline
  • Experience in managing and leading teams of people
  • A result-oriented individual with analytical and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IT Systems (BSS/ESS/OSS)
  • Fluent in English
