Junior Video Services Monitoring Engineer

What we will expect from you:

• Cooperation with external MCR services
• Continuous maintenance and monitoring of video services
• Installation of equipment for new video services
• Cooperation with internal organizational units
• Recording incidents related to video services and resolving reported incidents

For a good start you will need:

• Minimum level VI education, preferably in a technical field
• At least one year of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent computer skills
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP-based networks (an advantage)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills and independence in problem-solving
