KICKSTART - Business Services Specialist - Intern

As our Business Services Intern, you will be supporting the product managers in their daily tasks, administration, and different project and product management activities. You will also be leading smaller initiatives and market research activities in coordination with the team. We will help you grow into a subject matter expert in the field of new technologies and solutions, have a strong understanding of all aspects of B2B services (including fixed, mobile, M2M/IoT, cloud, cyber security and managed product lines), as well as all new technologies, and how to relate to customer applications. In addition, you will also assist in building strong relationships internally and externally if needed.

 Key responsibilities:

• Provides support to product managers for advanced mobile/fix solutions, M2M/IoT, cloud, cyber security and managed product lines
• Handles requests from other departments regarding customer needs and complaints
• Data base analysis and reports generation
• Contributes to providing technical content for sales and marketing proposals and presentations for clients
• Perform tests of new devices, applications, and solutions 
• Market analysis in business services domains and areas of expertise 
• Help in the development of training materials 
• Assists on different projects

For a good start, you will need:

• Last year of studies, recent graduate or master in: marketing, management, telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, business administration, organizational sciences or similar
• Proficiency with MS Office
• No work experience required – only love for technology and interest in the latest tech trends
• Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations
• Project management knowledge will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge in other applications PC and Phones will be considered an advantage
