KICKSTART - Customer Insight Specialist - intern

What we will expect from you:

  • Taking part in designing external research studies (quantitative & qualitative) and helping in supervising the work of research agencies
  • Assisting in reports preparation & interpreting the data from regular tracking and ad hoc studies
  • Participating in coordination of internal research studies
  • Linkage of externally collected data with internal data sources (DWH etc.)
  • Assisting Consumer Insights team in day-to-day work

 

For a good start, you will need:

  • Fresh graduate (or in final year) in Psychology, Marketing, Statistics, Social sciences or similar
  • Academic (or Industry experience) in research design (questionnaire development, interviewing) and/or data analysis and report writing
  • Basic understanding of different research methodologies (Brand & Ad tracking, CEX, U&A, Conjoint, Segmentation etc.)
  • Basic to moderate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, familiar in using SPSS Statistics
  • Fluency in English
