KICKSTART - Digital Analytics Specialist - intern
JOB OVERVIEW
The purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics and user behavior across digital channels (Yettel app, Yettel webshop, Yettel Shopping).
As part of the team, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge on how data is used to improve digital products, customer experience, and marketing activities.
What we will expect from you:
- Support the analysis of data from Google Analytics and other tools
- Assist in preparing reports on user behavior across digital channels
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance
- Learn how to set up and validate event tracking (with guidance)
- Assist in creating dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Participate in analyzing A/B test results
- Follow trends in digital analytics and marketing
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams (learning exposure)
For a good start, you will need:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (Economics, ETF, Math, Statistics, Data science or similar fields)
- Basic understanding of digital channels and marketing concepts
- Strong interest in data analysis and digital analytics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus (not required)
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good command of English
