KICKSTART - Implementation Support Specialist - Intern

Assist the Implementation Support Team Leader in all aspects of the departments operation including the coordination with other departments and directors, accounting, and contract administration.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing all necessary reports for Business Sales
• Support within ordering process, creating of orders and ordering forms, keeping track of remaining budget (in terms of handsets, USB modems, GPS modems and new SIM cards)
• Recording annexes and amendments to Annexes special conditions, updating user data in the relevant systems (InfoSystem, BEasy, BIZ INFO, CX), implementation within systems (change of tariff plans, implementation of approved benefits, discount activation, add-on)
• Act as a liaison with internal departments
• Understanding and implementing all new initiatives regarding Business Sales

For a good start, you will need:

• Minimum high school degree
• Interest in learning about sales coordination, administration and customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and ability to handle difficult customers professionally will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
