KICKSTART - Technician Support Specialist and Dispatcher - Intern

What we will expect from you:

• Monitoring, controlling, and coordinating work orders for fiber-optic installations and IRU migrations.
• Scheduling installations in line with customer needs and technician availability.
• Ensuring balanced allocation of technician assignments across designated regions to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintaining daily, professional communication with customers, sales teams, technicians, and senior technicians.
• Identifying installation-related issues, escalating them to the relevant teams, and monitoring their resolution.

For a good start you will need:

• At least a high school diploma.
• Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, email, and various business applications.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Basic English language skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including afternoon, weekend, and, when necessary, night shifts.
