KICKSTART - Technology Managed Services Internship/Junior Engineer

Key responsibilities:

Planning, ordering, and follow-up of Network (mobile and fixed) and IT Infrastructure services provided by external partners
Tracking and evaluation of service quality, KPIs and agreed SLAs with partners
Mobile Network Quality monitoring and reporting on major KPIs
Participate in relevant company projects, representing Technology function
Supporting team members in Vendor contract management activities and finance related activities (budgeting, forecasting, spending follow-up)

For a good start, you will need:

University degree (or in your final year of studies) from Electrical Engineering Faculty - Telecommunications Program or related, or similar faculty
Understanding of telco technology and interest in its business perspective
Fluency in English

Structured, patient, eager to learn new things in both Technology and Business area
Team player with good communication skills
Good at time management
