KIKSTART - IT Delivery Specialist Junior - Intern

As an IT Delivery Intern, you’ll be actively involved in the world of IT project management. You will assist the IT Delivery Expert and IT Management Team with project scope and delivery schedules, resource allocations and cross-teams communications. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with teams, solving challenges, and ensuring projects run smoothly.

What we will expect from you:

• Understand how IT project takes shape – You’ll learn how project scope, timelines, dependencies, and team roles all fit together.
• Gain a clear, big-picture view of IT projects - understand how different tasks connect, what needs to be delivered, and how team members and stakeholders play a role in making it all happen.
• Help keep projects on track – Assist in managing project schedules, resource allocations, and communication across different teams to ensure everything is delivered on time.
• Work directly with experts – Collaborate with experienced IT professionals to identify and resolve potential stoppers and roadblocks.
• Ensure smooth project flow by reviewing and submitting project efforts and resource needs on time to the Product Delivery Management team.
• Coordinate with external teams – When needed, you’ll work with vendors to align project tasks and progress.
• Take the lead on projects – You’ll have the opportunity to manage mid- to high-complexity projects, coordinating multiple teams and activities, as project manager or technical project manager.
• Support budgeting and resource planning – Help track costs and department resources alongside the IT Management team.
• Support other project roles – From technical analysis and project execution to testing and GoLive, you’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle and help manage it.
• Collaborate daily – Working with different teams and stakeholders will be a core part of your internship, allowing you to build communication and teamwork skills.
• You’ll become familiar with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and other key platforms that keep IT teams organized and efficient and use them on a daily basis.

For a good start you will need:

• End year or College degree preferably from Management and Organization or IT/ Telecommunication area
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• Interest in project management and desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
