Marketing Projects Prioritization Lead

As a member of the Value Management and Marketing Portfolio Department, this person will be responsible for a diversity of planning, monitoring and project steering related tasks across the Commercial division. 

What we will expect from you:

• Lead project prioritization process within commercial division ensuring that all teams are respecting the process and all initiatives are correctly evaluated.
• Support company portfolio planning process ensuring all commercial inputs are send on time and with high quality.
• Monitoring of key projects development and support of project teams in issue resolution.
• Perform assessment of portfolio efficiency and resource engagement.
• Regular follow up and reporting of project status to Commercial Management.
• Act as Divisional SPOC for all portfolio related questions.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree
• Working experience in  projects leading or prioritization, monitoring or evaluation of products
• Knowledge of marketing in telecoms and/or internet industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English
• Good negotiation skills, ability and will to challenge others in a constructive and solution oriented manner.
• Can-do attitude and strong will to getting things done
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• High level of quality orientation and internal service culture
• Knowledge of Microsoft project
