Outbound Capacity Planning and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Outbound Capacity Planning and Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in forecasting contact volumes, optimizing team performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across telesales operations.

What we will expect from you:

• Creating short-term and long-term contact volume forecasts for Telesales teams
• Analyzing trends and factors affecting increases or decreases in volume, while planning the required capacities
• Managing the resource planning process, hiring, and allocation of teams across campaigns
• Monitoring sales results of agents, teams, and campaigns, while supporting targets, bonuses, and compensation models
• Reporting, conducting ad-hoc analyses, tracking projects, and supporting the management team with priority tasks
• Managing the resource planning process, hiring, and allocation of teams across campaigns

For a good start, you will need: 

• Minimum high school diploma / secondary education
• Computer skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
• Good organization and planning skills
