Product Delivery Management Expert

About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Portfolio Delivery Manager to oversee delivery performance across multiple product teams and ensure effective execution of enterprise priorities. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between enterprise stakeholders and product delivery teams, coordinating efforts, monitoring progress, and driving improvements in delivery performance.

You will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring alignment of business priorities with delivery roadmaps, while promoting agile ways of working and continuous improvement across the organization.

What we will expect from you:

• Acting as subject matter expert in product delivery and portfolio execution.
• Coordinating value delivery status across multiple product teams and reporting on progress.
• Facilitating cross-team alignment and managing product delivery dependencies.
• Leading meetings, events, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Monitoring delivery performance and proposing operational improvements.
• Consolidating insights and preparing proposals for cross-functional enhancements.
• Driving initiatives to improve enterprise agility and adoption of tools like JIRA as a single source of truth.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or Economics with strong IT focus
• 4+ years of experience in project and/or portfolio management, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Strong knowledge of project/portfolio management in Telco and/or IT environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies are a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset, with strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
