Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our team and take responsibility for delivering impactful products across CRM and digital channels. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs, customer expectations, and development teams, ensuring our solutions bring the highest value to our users and the company.

As a key driver of product delivery, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead agile processes, and shape the roadmap of our digital solutions.

What we will expect from you:

  • Acting as a domain expert for CRM and digital channels.

  • Leading product backlog management: defining, refining, and prioritizing requirements.

  • Driving agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos).

  • Collaborating with stakeholders (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters) to define solutions and release plans.

  • Ensuring quality delivery of features, from user stories to acceptance testing.

  • Supporting system stability, data integrity, and overall product performance.

  • Working closely with UX designers to enhance customer journeys.

  • Performing gap analysis and proposing improvements or new solutions.

  • Communicating the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.

For a good start you will need:

  • University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or Economics with strong IT focus.

  • Understanding of CRM systems and digital solutions.

  • Experience in Telco/ISP industry.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or related roles as well as Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
