Reporting Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for someone who is curious about data, enjoys solving problems and is motivated to turn numbers into insights that make a difference.

What we will expect from you:

Monitor relevant KPIs to ensure proactive reactions in case of unexpected trends
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports that provide clear insights and support data-driven decision-making
Build and maintain automated dashboards to track performance metrics in a simple and intuitive way
Support stakeholders in understanding data, trends and forecasts through clear and actionable insights
Identify and investigate data inconsistencies, ensuring high data quality and reliability across reports and dashboards
Collaborate closely with other departments and provide analytical support in cross-team projects related to data collection and reporting

For a good start, you will need:

University degree from Math, Faculty of Organizational Science, Economics
2-3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis or similar role
Passion for numbers and data, with strong attention to details and curiosuty to uncover meaningful insights
Analytical mindset who enjoy undestanding „why“ behind numebers, identifying inconsistencies and opportunities
Advanced level of Power BI and Excel skills, with a good eye for data visualisation and ability to turn complex data into clear, intuitive dashboards
Good knowledge of SQL and database relationships
Fluent English
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
