Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Channel Management
- Develop and execute social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others).
- Maintain a consistent publishing calendar aligned with content launches, campaign moments, and platform milestones.
- Adapt content format, tone, and frequency to each platform's audience and algorithm.
Content Creation & Production
- Create and publish engaging social content including short-form video, stories, reels, and static assets.
- Brief the Graphic/Videomaker on asset requirements and oversee creative production for social-specific formats.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions across all channels.
- Build and nurture an engaged community through consistent, authentic communication.
- Identify and escalate audience sentiment trends and issues to the Marketing Director.
Paid Social & Boosting
- Manage paid social campaigns for subscriber acquisition, content promotion, and brand awareness.
- Work with the Brand Manager to align paid social with broader campaign strategies.
- Monitor performance, optimise targeting and spend, and report on paid social ROI.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on social media KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and contribution to D2C acquisition.
- Use performance data to continuously improve content strategy and posting cadence.
- Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
- Experience creating short-form video, reels, stories, and social-first content
- Experience managing social media calendars and community engagement
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns, boosting, and performance optimization
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working with influencers, production teams, or entertainment content is an advantage
- Ability to work on-set and capture behind-the-scenes content
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Fluent in English and preferred Serbian (written and spoken)
- Creative, trend-aware, organized, and highly proactive
