Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our IT organization and design end-to-end solutions across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT domain experts to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and well-documented solution architectures — and support delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Your responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements across multiple IT initiatives and translate them into clear solution designs.
Define end-to-end solution architecture in complex projects, including application components, integrations and interfaces, data flows and non-functional requirements.
Drive alignment across IT domain experts (development, infrastructure, security, operations) to ensure feasibility and consistency.
Identify and propose improvements to existing systems, processes, and architecture patterns.
Produce and maintain high-quality architecture documentation (diagrams, interface specifications, architecture decisions).
Support delivery teams during implementation to ensure the solution is delivered as designed.
Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure alignment, smooth delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

For the good start, you will need:

University degree in IT / Telecommunications / Computer Science
3–6 years of experience in IT roles such as solution design, systems analysis, integration, development, or architecture
Familiarity with BSS/ESS domains (CRM, billing, order management, product catalog, provisioning) within telecom and/or complex IT environments
Strong understanding of solution architecture concepts, including: system decomposition, integration patterns (APIs, messaging), data flows and key non-functional requirements

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Fluent in English
