Solution Architect - Maternity Leave Cover

This is a Junior role responsible for quality solution design in compliance with business requirements, for business initiatives and IT initiated activities in projects.

Provides active support in requirements clarification with business stakeholders,  cooperating with IT teams on adequate solution agreement.

Ensures quality implementation of the agreed functionalities, as well as delivery and fulfilment of business requests.

What we will expect from you:

• Perform solution design analysis and create Solution Documentation;
• Lead and coordinate the team dedicated to analysis and supports IT delivery activities;
• Have understanding of the scope of the project, its deliveries and roles and responsibilities of team members and stakeholders;
• Applies control of project scope and supervises potential scope creep;
• Responsibility in quality preparation of the implementation of the project including testing;
• Supporting analysis and development of BSS applications for new line of business;
• Providing partnering role to Business analysts, Product owners, System architects, developers;
• Close and transparent cooperation with Project managers, business experts/managers and other relevant business, technology and project stakeholders;
• Communicating, knowledge sharing and supporting technology and IT strategy in IT department;
• Spreading awareness and importance of IT architecture principles, bringing new ideas for the Ways of work:
• Support Business delivery in IT domain to develop overall strategy and company roadmap.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree from Telecommunication / IT area
• Good telco business understanding
• Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet a deadline
• A result-oriented individual
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
