Sourcing Manager
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading and executing sourcing strategies that align with Yettel Serbia’s procurement goals and broader business objectives. This role drives procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management across all sourcing categories, while ensuring compliance and collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements sourcing strategies in line with company objectives, ensuring strategic alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Drives sourcing activities across all procurement categories, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Initiates and supports cross-company sourcing initiatives to leverage synergies and create value.
- Leads, manages, and develops the sourcing team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and talent development.
- Ensures seamless procurement processes across all goods and services categories, in compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Acts as the liaison with Group Procurement to communicate local plans and coordinate joint sourcing projects at the regional and Group level.
- Coordinates procurement plans and activities for affiliated entities, including Yettel Banka and Cetin Serbia, identifying opportunities for collaboration and synergy.
- Maintains strong internal stakeholder relationships and continuously improves procurement processes in alignment with cross-functional teams.
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and people management.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus; relevant experience in other large (tech-driven) organizations is also valuable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strategic mindset with strong business orientation
- Strong knowledge of the local supplier market
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach
