Telesales Operations Support Team Leader
We are looking for a person who will lead the team responsible for providing operational support to the Telesales channel—through analytics, campaign planning, and process optimization.
This role is key to driving data-based decision-making and improving sales performance.
What we will expect from you:
- Leading the team responsible for reporting, process improvement, planning, and campaign support
- Monitoring and analyzing telesales KPIs and performance
- Planning and coordinating campaigns with relevant teams
- Creating and improving dashboards and analytical reports
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and increasing efficiency
- Collaborating with the Quality team and other relevant teams
- Introducing automation and improving tools
For a good start you will need:
- Experience in analytics, operations, and Telesales/Contact Center environments
- Understanding of KPIs and how Sales teams operate
- Advanced use of Excel / BI tools
- Ability to lead a team and set priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
