User Experience Specialist - Maternity Leave Cover

About the role
We are looking for a UX Designer to play a key role in shaping digital and CRM user experiences. You will participate in product delivery and go-to-market processes, ensuring consistent application of UX principles across all customer and internal interfaces.

Your mission will be to discover opportunities for improvement, test and validate design ideas, and drive innovation to deliver seamless and engaging digital journeys.

What we will expect from you:

• Ensuring UX principles are embedded into CRM and digital channels.
• Designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Running A/B and split URL tests to evaluate user experience changes.
• Analyzing user behavior and web analytics to identify opportunities.
• Iterating on design solutions based on research, testing, and feedback.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or Economics with strong IT focus
• Working experience in UX/UI design (experience in telecom or content industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with creativity and innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven personality with initiative, flexibility, and energy.
• Fluency in English.
