AI Trainee
Are you the kind of person who tries to AI automate everything — just because you can? Curious how AI can improve real business tasks? For this specialized role, we require a relevant educational background (such as Computer Science, AI, or Software Engineering) to help you succeed. As an AI Trainee, you’ll join our AI Department team to explore, build, and test smart tools that save time and make things work better. This isn’t just about theory - you'll gain deep hands-on experience, learn a great deal about how a modern AI Department function operates at scale, and work cross-functionally to develop tools that actually get used.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work directly within the AI Department department with a strong cross-functional focus. You'll help us bring AI into real operations - from AI automating boring tasks to building tools that make our work smoother and faster. Be ready to collaborate with all teams and work cross-departments to connect the dots and co-create smart solutions.
Your Daily AI Adventures:
- Own and drive AI use cases in AI Department from concept to a working solution (like evaluating new GenAI tooling and building quick functional prototypes)
- Build smart AI automation solutions or custom prompt templates to automate boring, repetitive tasks
- Team up with AI Department pros and other cross-functional teams to spot pain points and co-create smoother workflows
- Analyze how we work today and help reimagine it for tomorrow - faster, leaner, smarter
- Keep an eye on the latest AI trends and pitch wild but workable ideas to the team
- Reverse-mentor your team to boost daily AI adoption and share what works (and what totally didn’t)
We’d Love to Meet You If You:
- Are in the final stage of your university education OR are a recent graduate in a relevant field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or other closely related STEM fields)
- You already use GenAI in your everyday work or studies - and can show us how
- You think tool-agnostic: you care about solving the problem, not about which tool is trendy
- Don’t trust AI blindly - you verify outputs for accuracy and respect data privacy
- Love sharing what you learn - you turn "this worked for me" into "this works for the whole team"
- You are a structured thinker who breaks messy problems into clear, workable steps
- Communicate clearly in English (B2 minimum) and have an entrepreneurial drive
What You’ll Get:
- 12-month paid internship
- Flexible hours that work around your schedule
- Real projects, real responsibility, real learning
- An intensive AI Bootcamp to get you ahead of the curve
- Double guidance: a Line Manager + an independent AI Mentor
- A supportive team that’s excited to help you grow
- Access to all employee perks
- Chance to turn your internship into a full-time role (70%+ historical transition rate)
