Role Overview:

This role is at the core of financial operations, focusing on bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts receivable reconciliation. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records in SAP ERP, supporting revenue recognition, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage invoicing, pricing, and revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.
• Support new product launches by ensuring proper financial system integration.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and oversee payment processing.
• Maintain foreign exchange rates, perform financial revaluations, and prepare reports.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping of daily transactions, cash collections, and bank documentation.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and general ledger account management.

We expect from you:

• Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax legislation.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, solve problems, and ensure accuracy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Collaboration & Communication: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across teams.
• Fluency in English: Ability to communicate clearly in an international work environment.
