The impact you’ll make:

In this role, you will be a key driver of our Business Intelligence environment. Your work will ensure that BI systems are technically robust, highly performant, and capable of delivering accurate, actionable insights. By developing, configuring, and optimizing BI platforms, you will directly enable teams to make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions, data models, and reporting structures.
• Configure, develop, and optimize BI systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and system configuration standards.
• Execute internal testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, and change control for BI solutions.
• Monitor BI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced 3rd-level support.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting workflows, proposing technical improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to integrate BI solutions with other systems and platforms.
• Train and support users in leveraging BI tools effectively, ensuring adoption and proper usage.
• Stay current with BI technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the BI landscape.
