The impact you’ll make

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and evolving our Business Intelligence landscape. By analyzing, designing, and developing BI solutions, you will help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will support teams in optimizing performance and achieving strategic objectives, while ensuring our data infrastructure remains reliable, efficient, and future-ready.

What you’ll do

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for new or existing BI functionalities.
• Develop, configure, optimize, and document Business Intelligence systems.
• Prepare technical plans, roadmaps, and operational procedures, and collaborate with vendors when evaluating solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve BI processes and establish working standards and quality criteria.
• Participate in BI-related projects by providing technical expertise and documentation.
• Plan and execute testing, system implementation, and 3rd-level support to ensure reliable and available BI systems.
• Train and support users in their daily work with BI tools and systems.

We expect from you

• Business Intelligence architecture and development: Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable, reliable BI solutions, including development and optimization of BI systems.
• Technical planning and process improvement: Experience in preparing technical roadmaps, defining operational procedures, and improving BI processes and standards.
• Project work and system reliability: Experience participating in projects, supporting testing and implementation, and ensuring the stability and availability of BI systems.
• Stakeholder communication and collaboration: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Organization and professional responsibility: Strong task planning and prioritization skills, combined with reliability, accountability, and high professional standards.
