The impact you’ll make:
As a BI Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining our Business Intelligence solutions. Your work will empower teams across the business with reliable, actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to Yettel’s strategic growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze business requirements for new developments and enhancements to existing Business Intelligence systems.

  • Configure, develop, optimize, and document BI software solutions, as well as other systems that support the team’s operations.

  • Develop and maintain operational procedures for BI solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and establish working standards and quality criteria for the BI domain.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in Business Intelligence.

  • Contribute your BI expertise to assigned projects, supporting their successful delivery.

  • Plan, coordinate, and perform internal and user acceptance testing, system implementation, and change management for BI solutions.

  • Monitor BI systems, provide third-level support, and troubleshoot issues to help ensure 24/7 system availability.

  • Train, advise, and support users in their day-to-day work with Business Intelligence systems.

We expect from you:

  • Strong BI expertise: You have proven experience in the Business Intelligence domain and understand how BI solutions transform data into meaningful insights that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: You can communicate complex technical concepts and data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A systematic approach: You are well organized, have strong planning and prioritization skills, and can manage multiple tasks effectively across the analysis, development, and maintenance of BI solutions.

  • Integrity and reliability: You take ownership of your responsibilities, deliver your work with accuracy and professionalism, and handle sensitive data with care and discretion.
