Role Overview:
As a Billing Control Expert in our Billing Control Department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our billing processes. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting billing system improvements and helping us modernize the way we work.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and reconciliation of customer invoices in line with established billing cycles and contract terms.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and complete by cross-checking data, contracts, and generated invoices.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze billing data and provide insights to senior management on billing performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to test new billing products and features.
- Contribute to system upgrades and ensure smooth integration of new features.
- Manage the review of billing invoices to ensure accuracy before finalizing for the live cycle, including pre-billing checks and necessary adjustments.
